1. INTRODUCTION

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is provided by Expand Your Horizons Academy (“EYH Academy”) x Ikonic Marketer. The primary website address is https://ikonicmarketer.com, with additional referring domains from affiliates directing traffic to our site.

This Agreement outlines your responsibilities as an Affiliate and our obligations to you. It is a legally binding contract, and by signing up, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register as an affiliate.

2. DEFINITIONS

a) Company: Expand Your Horizons Academy x Ikonic Marketer, referred to as “EYH Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

b) Affiliate: The person or entity participating in our program, referred to as “you” or “your.”

c) Parties: EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer and the Affiliate collectively.

d) Website: Refers to https://ikonicmarketer.com.

3. AFFILIATE REGISTRATION & ACCEPTANCE

- By default, all active paying subscribers of our platform are granted affiliate status and are entitled to participate in our compensation plan. Non-paying subscribers may be granted affiliate status with an annual $99 affiliate administration fee. This fee is waived for paying subscribers.

- Commissions for unpaid subscribers are paused and held until the subscription renewal has been paid.

- You will receive a unique referral link to track commissions.

- EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

- Accounts may be terminated if we determine that an affiliate has violated this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted against EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer’s interests.

4. NON-EXCLUSIVITY

- This Agreement does not create an exclusive relationship between you and EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer.

- You may promote other programs, and EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer may work with other affiliates.

5. COMMISSION STRUCTURE & PAYOUT POLICY

Affiliate Earnings

- Our unique compensation plan provides an extra incentive to our affiliates for their client acquisition along with rapid payouts for superior cash flow. The standard commission is a single tier 30% recurring however when you make a referral, you will receive a 100% commission for the first month's revenue generated from a new subscriber net credit card processing & payout fees.

- You will receive 30% each month that subscribers renews following month 1.

- As of July 23, 2025, commissions are paid weekly via PayPal (default) or Wise.

- The terms of any commissions negotiated or provided via backend offers are separate and governed according to the relevant contract and/or policies & procedures.

- Commissions are recurring as long as the referral remains an active paying member.

6. MEMBER PAY-IN-FULL OPTION

Prepaid 12-Month Membership

- EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer offers an option where members can prepay for 10 months at $159 AUD/month and receive 2 additional months free (total of 12 months).

7. REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS & COMMISSION ADJUSTMENTS

- If a referred member requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the affiliate will not receive a commission for that membership.

- EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer reserves the right to reverse commissions from future payouts in cases of chargebacks or fraud.

8. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPLIANCE

Marketing & Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates agree to ethical and legal promotion of EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer, which includes:

- No misleading claims about earnings, results, or guarantees.

- Mandatory disclosure that you earn a commission when promoting EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer, as required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL), FTC (USA), and global marketing regulations.

- No spamming, deceptive advertising, or unsolicited promotions.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

- Use cookie stuffing, hidden tracking scripts, or unauthorized redirects.

- Bid on EYH Academy or Ikonic Marketer brand keywords in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or any PPC platform.

- Impersonate EYH Academy or Ikonic Marketer in marketing materials or social media accounts.

- Solicit EYH Academy or Ikonic Marketer members for outside businesses.

9. REPORTS & TRACKING

- Affiliates may access real-time reports via their Client Portal ("Your Name Links" tab) to track referrals and pending commissions. Refer to the "Active Users" tab to see payment records after you have received your first commission.

- EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer reserves the right to audit affiliate activity and verify commission eligibility before processing payouts.

10. TERMINATION POLICY

- This Agreement remains in effect as long as the affiliate is active.

- EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer may terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of this Agreement.

- If an affiliate is terminated for a policy violation, outstanding commissions will be forfeited.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND USAGE

- Affiliates are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use EYH Academy & Ikonic Marketer branding solely for affiliate promotions.

- Unauthorized modifications, misrepresentations, or misleading use of EYH Academy or Ikonic Marketer branding will result in termination and potential legal action.

- For branding approvals, affiliates must contact [email protected].

12. MODIFICATION & NOTICE POLICY

- EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

- Affiliates will be notified electronically of significant changes at least 7 days in advance.

- Continued participation in the program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

- This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.

- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through mediation in Australia before legal action is taken.

14. LIABILITY LIMITATION & DISCLAIMERS

- EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer is not responsible for affiliate earnings, business losses, or any indirect damages.

- The program is provided “as is,” without guarantees or warranties.

15. SPAM POLICY & SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

- Spam violations (unsolicited bulk emails, misleading promotions) will result in immediate termination.

- EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer reserves the right to suspend services for maintenance or security reasons without liability.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between EYH Academy x Ikonic Marketer and affiliates, superseding all prior agreements.

By signing up as an affiliate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
